What you'll do

• Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing according to policies
• maintain and balance a cash drawer daily
• provide customer service and promote customer relations
• pursue cross-sell opportunities and make referrals using the bank’s CRM
• answer and direct telephone inquiries
• travel to support area branches.

Why this role

Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m., with some Saturdays, 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Travel to other branches is required; high school education or GED, or equivalent job-related education or experience, is considered.
