What you'll do

• Prepare and submit Medicaid waiver claims

• send monthly private-pay statements and answer billing questions
• monitor receivables and follow up on balances
• process vendor invoices
• reconcile payments, deposits, and resident ledgers
• report on accounts and protect confidential information.
