Seasonal Sales Associate

The Seasonal Sales Associate role is onsite in Peabody, MA. Pay is $15–$15.50 per hour. The associate supports BoxLunch’s in-store customer experience and pop-culture merchandise sales. The role helps customers find merchandise, processes transactions, supports add-on sales, and maintains store presentation and stockroom organization. The associate also works with store management on merchandising, inventory, and theft prevention.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service and product knowledge
• cover assigned sales-floor zones and maintain visual standards
• process sales and support add-on sales, BOPIS, and curbside pickup
• assist with planogram and merchandising changes
• communicate fashion trends to management and headquarters partners
• support theft prevention
• organize the stockroom and keep the store tidy
• perform other activities assigned by the Store Leader.
