Food Service Worker and Cashier

Job overview

The Food Service Worker and Cashier role is onsite in Harrodsburg, KY, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pay is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour. Canteen provides workplace food, markets, office coffee and snacks, unattended retail, and culinary services. The role supports food service operations by preparing and serving food, maintaining sanitation, and processing customer transactions. It helps provide accurate, friendly service while keeping food and service areas clean and stocked.

What you'll do

• Prepare ingredients and measure designated portions
• transport and store food according to safety and rotation procedures
• clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
• follow sanitation and food safety standards
• serve customers and address complaints
• process sales, payments, receipts, and refunds
• maintain cash drawer accuracy
• replenish condiments, beverages, and supplies.
