The Line Cook role is onsite at the Nashville Airport in Nashville, TN. Pay is $20 per hour. The cook works in Puckett’s airport kitchen, preparing Southern dishes for travelers and supporting the restaurant’s hospitality experience. The role prepares menu items to recipe and plating standards, maintains a stocked and organized station, and follows food safety, sanitation, health, TSA, and airport standards. Cleaning and resetting the station helps keep service ready across shifts.
