Industrial Inside Sales Representative

The Industrial Inside Sales Representative role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule of 7:30 AM–4:30 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Base salary is $50,000–$60,000 per year, based on experience, plus quarterly variable compensation. The role joins the Jacksonville sales team and partners closely with Outside Sales Representatives. The representative develops customer relationships and revenue by managing accounts, prospecting for business, understanding customer needs, recommending industrial products, and coordinating quotes and orders through completion.

What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, fax, and in person
• maintain existing relationships
• make outbound calls and prospect for new customers
• identify account-growth opportunities
• partner with Outside Sales Representatives
• recommend products and complementary solutions
• prepare quotes
• follow up on opportunities and requests
• monitor open orders
• maintain CRM records
• track competitor activity
• and collaborate with sales, support, operations, and management.
