What you'll do

• Conduct admission, continued-stay, and discharge reviews
• validate levels of care
• initiate precertifications and perform concurrent reviews
• submit clinical documentation
• manage peer-to-peer requests and authorization records
• ensure compliance with DNV, Texas, CMS, and payer requirements
• participate in audits and performance improvement
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• identify denial risks and support appeals
• maintain utilization review logs, KPIs, and dashboards.
