• create, implement, and communicate the District Sales Plan and monitor progress
• support day-to-day and long-term business execution

• coach, mentor, educate, and develop team members
• hold direct reports accountable
• provide direction and insights to internal partners
• travel to cover the territory and attend scheduled training and sales meetings.
