What you'll do

• Gather and review medical evidence and records
• take depositions
• conduct discovery and legal research
• draft pleadings, findings, motions, briefs, opinions, and other legal documents
• litigate cases before administrative law judges
• represent employers or insurers at hearings, trials, depositions, arguments, mediations, and arbitrations
• assist with accident investigations
• manage workers’ compensation costs
• prepare management reports
• negotiate settlements.
