What you'll do

• Maintain control plans, inspection standards, and quality procedures
• validate manufacturing processes and lead water-leak and seal-integrity testing
• conduct root-cause investigations
• perform process audits and product inspections
• track quality metrics
• maintain QMS documentation
• coordinate calibration of inspection equipment
• recruit, train, and manage QA/QC staff
• address supplier material defects
• manage QA budgets.
