What you'll do

• Assist with inventory training
• support training and development for managers and crew
• assist with hiring and staffing at under-staffed cafes
• support software rollouts
• ensure training programs are completed
• interact with crew, customers, and vendors
• maintain cafe standards
• coach crew during shifts
• use tools to manage labor and inventory
• cover cafes as needed.
