What you'll do

• Provide direct, person-centered support
• follow behavior and treatment plans and crisis-prevention strategies
• use de-escalation and trained manual restraint procedures
• assist with daily living, household tasks, activities, transportation, and community engagement
• document services and observations
• monitor behavioral changes and communicate safety concerns
• assist with appointments and medication tasks as allowed
• participate in team meetings and support new staff training.
