Shift Leader

Job overview

The Shift Leader role is onsite in Wichita, KS, with pay of $12–$13.50 per hour. The role oversees a fast-food restaurant shift and works with the Assistant Manager and General Manager to keep operations running smoothly. What you'll do

• Lead and motivate team members, assign tasks, and support compliance with company policies
• oversee opening and closing, cash handling, food preparation, cleanliness, and sanitation
• assist customers and resolve complaints
• train and coach team members
• manage shift schedules, breaks, attendance, time-off requests, and shift changes.
