Behavior Technician (BT) — School Classroom

The Behavior Technician (BT) role is onsite in Temple City, CA, with a Monday–Friday school schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is up to $25 per hour. The role supports Covelo Group’s Educational Services team by working with students in classroom settings. The technician works with students individually or in groups to support behavior management and learning. The role encourages positive behaviors and tracks student progress toward IEP/504 plan goals while supporting teachers and school administrators.

• Work one-on-one or with multiple students in a classroom
• help students manage behavior and optimize learning
• encourage positive behaviors and set appropriate boundaries
• observe and report progress toward IEP/504 plan goals.
