Property Accounting Manager

Reporting to the Controller, the manager reviews property accounting work, coordinates budgets and variance monitoring, and supports lease, asset management, refinancing, and lender reporting processes. The work helps maintain accurate financial information and improve accounting processes across stabilized properties and development projects.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main contact for Baker Tilly on stabilized-property accounting. Review property workpapers and financials, communicate adjustments and process improvements, coordinate business-plan budget uploads into Yardi Voyager, and monitor monthly variance reports. Review lease information and common-area expense reconciliations
• liaise with Asset Management on tenant and property-manager needs
• prepare debt refinancing analysis as needed
• collaborate with Capital Markets on lender reporting.
