What you'll do

• Lead crews through residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• coordinate field work and provide hands-on guidance
• ensure projects meet quality, safety, efficiency, and customer-care expectations
• install HVAC systems and work with gas and refrigeration piping, ductwork, and low-voltage controls
• coach and train team members and maintain accountability.
