What you'll do

• Engage residents individually and in groups
• lead or assist with social, religious, educational, indoor and outdoor activities, exercise, and outings
• facilitate games, conversations, classes, trips, and events
• support the monthly newsletter
• encourage participation and document outcomes when required
• review goals and progress notes
• decorate for events and holidays
• and help coordinate trips and resident safety during outings.
