The role also responds to emergency calls, participates in an after-hours and weekend on-call rotation, manages van stock, documents service work, and coordinates installation projects.

What you'll do

• Install, remove, repair, survey, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial coffee and tea equipment
• respond to emergency service calls and participate in the after-hours/weekend on-call rotation
• manage van stock and reorder spare parts
• document call closure, time and labor, invoices, and customer signatures
• coordinate installation projects
• communicate with customers and internal teams
• prioritize work to meet service-level agreements.
