Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Lead engineers and support staff in research, design, development, and production release of technical solutions
• assist with project specifications, concepts, cost estimates, and proposals
• maintain engineering-change processes and documentation standards and conduct audits
• assist manufacturing and quality teams with production, quality-assurance, and testing procedures
• coordinate deliverables and timelines across departments
• participate in hiring, training, mentoring, and performance reviews
• oversee implementation of engineering IT tools.

Why this role

A bachelor’s degree in an engineering field and five years of engineering-environment experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is required. Fluid-power system design experience is preferred.
