The Facility & Building Maintenance Technician (Weekend) is an onsite role based in Troy, OH. Compensation is not specified beyond the hourly rate of $30.82 plus a $1.00 shift differential. This role supports the maintenance department at a Conagra manufacturing facility. The role exists to ensure the safety, reliability, and operational efficiency of the facility's infrastructure and production systems. The technician performs repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting on building structures and plant equipment to support production schedules.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate safety behaviors with focus on zero injuries and OSHA compliance.
• Repairs and maintenance for roofs, pipes, walls, floors, doors, docks, and other building structures.
• Follow and comply with all Safe Quality Food (SQF) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
• Monitor and document a variety of systems including wastewater, boilers, condensers.
• Troubleshoot to identify defects, create a plan to eliminate identified defects.
• Actively support the Conagra Performance System (CPS) process.
• Inspect equipment at periodic intervals to detect malfunctions or need for repair, adjustment, or lubrication.
