Corporate Transformation Manager

What you'll do

• Identify gaps between transformation initiatives and budget or long-range-plan targets
• diagnose roadblocks and develop plans to address them
• partner with initiative managers to identify success factors and cross-initiative enablers
• identify, validate, quantify, and plan incremental initiatives
• assess risks to the value-creation plan
• recommend program improvements and risk mitigation
• prepare reports and presentations on initiative status, milestones, achievements, and challenges
• present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
