What you'll do

• Use the nursing process to deliver patient care and assess learning needs, implementing appropriate teaching strategies. Communicate, delegate, and manage nursing team resources
• partner with the interdisciplinary team. Use data to evaluate and promote changes that support optimal outcomes. Maintain knowledge of applicable laws, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements, and perform other related duties as required.
