Area Chief Engineer

What you'll do

• Manage and support engineering staff
• coordinate vendor bids, quotes, and contracts
• manage maintenance projects
• inspect rooms and identify repairs
• perform basic electrical, plumbing, painting, wall, HVAC, television, and kitchen-equipment repairs
• complete preventive maintenance and work orders
• maintain grounds, records, and life-safety systems
• follow applicable codes, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
