Information Technology Systems Engineer II

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to client end users and onsite assistance in the greater New Orleans area as needed
• document tickets and knowledge-base solutions
• train users in person and remotely
• administer Office 365 applications and email setups
• resolve issues escalated by Level 1 Helpdesk
• maintain hardware and software inventory
• troubleshoot servers, workstations, networks, and mobile devices
• manage operating system and application deployments
• participate in IT projects
• provide after-hours on-call support on a rotational schedule.
