What you'll do

• Assist residents with treatments and activities of daily living as delegated under individualized care plans, including dressing, grooming, bathing, eating, toileting, ambulation, and transfers
• provide medication assistance as delegated
• observe, document, and report changes in residents’ condition
• promote independence
• coach assigned employees
• complete scheduled cleaning
• assist with resident activities
• and respond to safety hazards and call lights.
