What you'll do

• Address guest-reported room issues and perform minor repairs
• inspect lighting and fixtures and replace bulbs
• check elevators, plumbing, hot water, landscaping, and irrigation
• maintain pool systems, surveillance cameras, and security alarms
• check access-control systems
• perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• inspect life-safety equipment and building systems
• test backup systems
• maintain records and plan equipment servicing
• assist guests with property navigation and immediate maintenance concerns.
