What you'll do

• Provide operational oversight to assigned senior living communities
• mentor Executive Directors and leadership teams
• support onboarding and stabilization of acquired or newly managed communities
• establish operating systems and standards
• improve occupancy, revenue, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement
• review financial and operational indicators
• develop improvement plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives
• ensure regulatory compliance
• recruit and develop leaders
• represent the organization with residents, families, regulators, and partners
• support regional growth.
