What you'll do

• Recommend staff employment decisions to the director of operations
• oversee patient-care quality and clinical performance
• organize care-center clinical operations
• review service requests and patient eligibility
• coordinate referrals and admissions
• oversee scheduling, payor verification, and precertification
• review staff documentation
• assist clinicians with patient goals and plans of care
• revise care plans with clinicians
• may provide direct care in emergencies
• participate in the on-call process
• assist with staff training
• investigate and resolve patient, family, and physician concerns.
