What you'll do

• Oversee day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations
• assist with schedules and payroll
• coach, train, and develop staff
• monitor and score team performance and provide feedback
• inspect the resort, including public areas, for cleanliness and maintenance standards
• coach and counsel employees
• lead daily operational lineups and monthly departmental meetings
• assist with audits and role plays
• manage operating expenses within budget or forecast
• assist with ordering supplies and maintaining inventories
• follow Five Star and Five Diamond service standards
• provide accurate information about accommodations, promotions, services, and amenities
• communicate with guests and other departments
• attend daily lineups and weekly leadership and resume meetings.
