Compliance Manager

The Compliance Manager role is hybrid in Indianapolis, IN; compensation is not specified. The manager reports to the Director of Social Services – Veteran Grants and supervises the Social Services Compliance Team. The role strengthens compliance, data integrity, performance monitoring, accreditation and audit readiness, and staff training across programs. It oversees HMIS quality and scorecards, coordinates audit and CARF readiness, supports continuous quality improvement and grant reporting, serves as the ClickUp departmental resource, and supervises compliance staff.

What you'll do

• Oversee HMIS data quality and corrective actions
• manage program scorecards, data validation, trend analysis, and reporting
• coordinate funder audit, monitoring, and CARF readiness
• maintain documentation and support corrective actions
• serve as ClickUp Super User and coordinate workflows, dashboards, reminders, reporting, and training
• oversee departmental training
• support continuous quality improvement, surveys, grant reporting, and compliance risk identification
• supervise and develop compliance staff
• provide backup financial approvals as needed.
