The Dishwasher is responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes, pots, and utensils, managing chemical levels in dish machines, and performing end-of-shift cleaning procedures to ensure a safe and efficient dining environment.

What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, and carts using mechanical or handwashing methods.
• Stock and rotate food and non-food supplies.
• Maintain proper chemical amounts and temperatures for dish machines and sinks.
• Conduct closedown procedures including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and securing kitchen equipment.
