The Quality Assurance Supervisor - Food Safety is an onsite role based in Spring, TX. The salary range is $64,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year. This position supports the Customer Service Center team at Sky Chefs, a global leader in aviation culinary and airline services. This role is responsible for leading and maintaining all food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs. The supervisor oversees the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of food safety systems, fostering a strong culture of food safety throughout the facility to ensure high-quality products for airline customers.

What you'll do

• Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and company standards
• monitor HACCP, CCPs, and allergen controls
• conduct routine inspections and audits
• maintain food safety records
• support regulatory inspections and corrective actions
• provide food safety training
• lead and coach Quality Assurance team members
• manage staffing and performance
• collaborate with operations to drive continuous improvement.
