What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and process product orders and updates
• resolve inquiries and issues that may prevent orders from shipping
• partner with sales and operations to complete transactions and follow up
• manage customer emails, order inboxes, returns, credits, and rebills as applicable
• for inside sales, conduct account management, customer education, sales calls, and follow-up with healthcare professionals
• maintain product knowledge and safeguard patient privacy under HIPAA.
