What you'll do

• Manage personal injury matters from case development through settlement, litigation, and resolution
• investigate claims and analyze medical records and damages
• develop case strategies
• draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents
• prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and mediations
• negotiate settlements
• prepare clients, witnesses, exhibits, and case materials for mediation and trial
• communicate with clients
• collaborate with attorneys and support staff.
