Compensation is $1–$20 per hour. The Real Estate Operations Intern role is an onsite position based in Columbus, OH. , and this role supports the brokerage team at Reafco in their investment-focused real estate operations. This internship exists to provide guided exposure to brokerage operations, lead management systems, and transaction coordination. The intern will support internal systems, lead tracking, and workflow processes to contribute to the team's acquisition and listing goals.

What you'll do

• Support lead tracking and CRM data management, assist with pipeline organization and follow-up systems, support outreach coordination, assist with documentation and transaction preparation, conduct market research, observe property walkthroughs, and provide administrative support for acquisition and listing workflows.
