Shipping and Online Listing Associate

The Shipping and Online Listing Associate role is onsite in Addison, TX. Compensation is $15–$18 per hour, depending on experience. Keeper of the Grumper Foundation is a nonprofit focused on electronics recycling, reuse, and community support. The associate primarily prepares and ships customer orders, then lists merchandise online when shipping volume is lower. Accurate handling and listings help keep reusable items out of landfills and generate support for youth leadership and community programs.

What you'll do

• Locate and verify inventory items
• package merchandise and select packing materials
• print shipping labels
• process and track orders
• inspect items against listings
• maintain an organized shipping area
• photograph merchandise
• create accurate online listings and enter product information
• assist customers and donors as needed.
