Continuous Improvement Manager, Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean tools and analytical skills
• work with site leadership to prioritize initiatives
• facilitate cross-functional projects with Quality, Corporate Engineering, Supply Chain, and R&D
• develop Lean strategies and project plans
• improve food processing technology and manufacturing systems
• provide CI/Lean training
• coach plant leaders and project teams
• prepare project scopes, cost estimates, and capital requests
• follow safe work practices, GMPs, sanitary requirements, and SQF principles.
