House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Largo, FL. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School is a top-notch home and school for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role exists to provide a structured, family-like environment for students, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development. House Parents will guide, supervise, and support a group of students in an on-campus home.

What you'll do

  • Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
  • Managing household routines and student schedules.
  • Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
  • Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
  • Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
  • Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
