What you'll do
- Supervise unit staff and serve as a liaison between staff and leadership
- review timecards
- help determine staffing needs and prepare work assignments
- support nursing standards and unit policies
- participate in improvement projects, patient rounding, quality review, survey readiness, staff coaching, and budget activities
- and maintain required unit certifications. Weekend on-call participation with the leadership team may occur if requested.
