What you'll do

• Operate a Prentice/Grapple truck in a railroad construction environment
• perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs
• maintain equipment appearance and cleanliness
• troubleshoot simple mechanical failures
• follow DOT regulations and applicable permits
• use required PPE and safe work practices
• communicate with supervisors. May assist with supervision of a small crew or perform labor duties as needed.
