Rehab Aide

Compensation is $16–$18 per year. The Rehab Aide is an onsite role based in Brigham City, UT. This role exists to assist therapists with patient care, maintain equipment, and ensure a clean, safe environment for rehabilitation. The Rehab Aide contributes to patient recovery by guiding exercises, managing supplies, and providing emotional support to patients throughout their treatment journey.

What you'll do

• Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient care and treatment plans.
• Apply therapeutic modalities such as heat packs and help patients with exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient motion and guide them through prescribed exercises.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
• Manage inventory of physical therapy supplies.
• Observe and report patient progress.
• Assist with patient transfers and repositioning.
• Provide emotional support to patients.
