What you'll do

• Provide direct resident care and administer treatments and medications
• organize and distribute staff assignments according to resident assessments and care plans
• supervise direct-care staff and make care decisions consistent with facility policies
• conduct compliance rounds at the beginning and end of shifts
• monitor care delivery and staff work
• support resident rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
