What you'll do

• Cut, wrap, weigh, and label cheese for display
• package bulk items such as olives, nuts, and herb salt
• maintain a clean workstation and use proper kitchen sanitation
• check in and store cheese according to temperature and expiration date
• learn about cheese varieties and make product recommendations
• prepare daily prep lists
• maintain and stock displays as needed
• notify the manager when product is low.
