What you'll do

• Advise clients on vendor prequalification, bid evaluation, bid interviews, recommendations, and appointments
• manage project estimates, estimate reviews, value engineering, and risk assessments
• establish cost reporting and review forecasts, budgets, and commercial risk registers
• review payment applications and change orders
• monitor invoicing
• benchmark project performance
• manage final accounting, audits, and closeouts
• conduct post-contract reviews and develop handover procedures.
