Lead Receptionist

The Lead Receptionist role is onsite in Columbia, SC. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour, with an opportunity to earn bonuses. The receptionist supports Holler INFINITI of Columbia’s Service Department and its customer service operations.

What you'll do

• Answer and direct incoming calls
• schedule and manage service appointments
• answer basic customer questions and provide service information
• handle cashiering and transactions
• assist with filing, paperwork, and administrative tasks
• support Service Advisors and department staff
• help keep the service department organized and provide a welcoming customer experience.

Why this role
