What you'll do

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and cold food items
• cook short-order items and assist Cook II
• prepare ingredients and specialty bars
• monitor food and refrigerator temperatures
• maintain food logs, sanitation, and food-handler safety practices
• replenish serving lines and prepare in-flight meal requests.
