What you'll do

• Assist with planning, organizing, and leading daily school-aged childcare activities
• participate in activities and supervise children
• follow YMCA program guidelines and applicable regulations
• support positive behavior and age-appropriate expectations
• provide homework help and snacks as appropriate
• maintain relationships with staff, parents, and participants
• keep daily records and safety-check documentation
• attend meetings and training
• support other YMCA programs as needed.
