Prep Cook — Full-Time

What you'll do

• Obtain daily production requirements from the chef
• prepare items according to production sheets and recipes
• complete production and waste logs and taste meals for quality
• operate and clean equipment
• store, label, and date food
• follow HACCP and sanitation guidelines
• take and prepare customer orders and serve customers.
