What you'll do

• Clean interior and exterior property areas
• collect trash and maintain grounds
• vacuum, mop, or shampoo floors and stock bathrooms
• assist with work orders, furniture moves, and supply handling
• support apartment make-ready and turnover tasks, including cleaning and painting
• assist with pool maintenance if applicable and pressure washing
• operate facility equipment safely
• keep shops and storage areas orderly.
