What you'll do

• Actively supervise an assigned group, typically 15–20 participants
• oversee transitions, trips, bathroom breaks, and dismissal
• implement emergency procedures and incident reports
• lead or co-lead homework, enrichment, recreation, and social-emotional learning activities
• use positive behavior management and de-escalation
• communicate with families and supervisors
• maintain attendance and program documentation
• follow safety, confidentiality, and mandated-reporting policies.
